Our workshop with w8less has taken us a good step further on this path:

the joint exercises in nature made us more aware of our mission,

strengthened trust within the leadership team, and challenged us to proactively address our issues.

At Infineon, we rely on our Spirit program (clear responsibilities, ambitious goals, and quick decisions), and Lukas and Vincent from w8less were able to perfectly tailor the outdoor exercises for our workshop day to this.
